I usually use the netflix app in my top monitor and do web browsing and whatnot in my bottom monitor, I've noticed that whenever I interact with Steam (using browser, or looking through library) the windows 8 full screened application will minimize. If I use it windowed and maximized it is not a problem, only with full screen. Just figured I'd report this hoping it'll get fixed sometime, a minor annoyance thats all
