So I've been complaining forever how the patch system doesn't work and destroys my mount points. I submitted a note to support indicating this problem.
First they try to tell me it was a temporary glitch. Then they try to tell me that I needed to change directories before installing the patch. Then they simply default the useless but normal response: It was fixed.
Naturally i was stupid enough to believe them and try it with 1.1. What happens. The usual it blows away my freaking mount point and now I have to clean up my system yet again and restore the mount points.
How difficult would it be for support to actually test this on THEIR system before sending useless responses ?
