Changed in sov creation and always start with mining story. Is there a simple way to erase/overwrite that paragraph with out wearing out delete key?

I think this may be what you're looking for. Just create your sovereign, exit out of the game, open up their file in the Units folder and enter the desired backstory/lorebook text.
I think there should be a way to edit this information inside the game.
