Lets introduce a certain magic tech which when reached enabled dabbling into world magic mana pool.
bigger nastier spells (levels of them, with appropriate tech in magic, very expensive) but basic fgunctionality is that you must pay a percentage into world magic pool to be able to use it from there for those super spells,
but the thing is everyone can use it.
every use give a bonus for other players to use, kind of magic crescendo, action/reaction use...
and, more usage evolves the world into spawning random portals, effects, magic storms, rifts etc....
