Quoting Winterbraid, reply 2This post was a delight. I'm not sure why, but imagining the king just swannin' off really gave me a chuckle.
"Come back here your highness, I want to give you an army!"
Reminds me of playing "Medieval: Total War 2", when I had a king that really just "screwed" over the empire, I would send him on a heroic mission with 3 groups of peasants (with spears) to conquer France, or Germany or something, see how much he could take down in a fight
Usually ending up in him dying (and the heir, which was proper and not a drunken pimp all the time would become the new king)
Or he would gain so much experience fighting he would be worth keeping (Had a king taking on an entire french army on his own, and due to micromanaging charging cavalry he won)
oooh good times.
Sincerely

Yep, Total War2, now that's how you do a turn based battle!!
PS: AI cavalry archers are f---en annoying, ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!
