[1.0][BUG] Bandit Lord cannot recruit Ruffians

First, I really like what's been done to beef up a formerly sucky Profession.  In a different game I was able to recruit bandits with no problem.  In this new game if you mouse over Ruffians, which I thought was a Bandit subtype, they cannot be recruited.  Is this WAI?  I thought Ruffians were just another type of Bandit, much like there are multiple types of Spiders.

I had the same thought.  It feels like you should be able to recruit any human mob.

I don't feel the bandit lord should be able to recruit any human mob. I'm fine with this mechanic as it is, although I think there should be more distinction between Bandits and Ruffians. My impressions are that Ruffians are not there to loot people, but more or less territorial thugs. Bandits are there for the money more mercenary type hence the reason why you can convert them to you're cause... which i still think should be written as bribed to your cause.

I think they should get ruffians and syndicate.
