In the foreign relations screen I see that one of my opponents Ceresa has Manipulator and Isolationist. I am positive that yesterday she had Unstable and something else (I am continuing a game from yesterday). Do sovereigns change their traits during the game or is this a bug? If they change, how does it work? Do they change randomly from time to time?
By the way the Unstable trait has no tooltip which is a bug.
