Looking at the bottom of the following screenshot you will notice that roughly the lower 20 or so pixels are left uncovered by the "screen dimming overlay":

Never noticed that before. Pretty minor detail, but strange it doesn't go all the way to the bottom.
Does this apply to other things that dim the screen, like the Hiergamenon, Research screen, or the Govern option?
I can confirm that this is there at the bottom.
The other things that dim the screen does not appear to have this problem.
