Help with scrollbars,Please!

HI,i am new to windowblinds (had it for a week now and i love it!)but i am confused about my scrollbars.Some of the skins i downloaded have cool scrollbars but they dont show up in my themes.I have checkmarked the option for scrollbars in configuration and i know they wont work in Internet explorer,but even my windows apps dont get the funky scrollbars..all they do is change to the color of the theme. Am i doing something wrong? Thanks for any help.

But i have the registered version,thats why i am confused! The scroll bars only change to the color of the theme..but i get none of the funky designs some of you have made for the bars.

If you're running the trial version, that doesn't skin scrollbars. They're reserved for the registered version.

Heh, sorry, didn't refresh the topic. If you have merely "registered" the shareware version, that just stops it bugging you. You have to uninstall the shareware version and install the registered version (you should have had a link sent to you in you registration email). Only then will scrollbars be skinned - the shareware version just doesn't contain the code to do it.

YIKES..i didnt uninstall the shareware version,i just installed the registered version over it.What will happen if i uninstall the registered version now that i have and reinstall a fresh copy.Will it still recognise my registration number or stop me becouse i downloaded it before?

You should be OK. Just make sure that you get rid of all copies before installing.

THANK YOU SO MUCH GREENREAPER!!!! It worked,now i got the scrollbars.They should tell us newbies not to install over top but to download a fresh copy.HeHe,it was bothering me for a week why i couldnt get the damn bars to work.THANKS AGAIN!
