updated my fe from 0.75 with the patch exe, played a game with my testing sov to turn #92 (computer is my flamer system ie xp pro 32bit 4gb ddr2 1066 GEFORCE 7600gs driver version is 258.85( latest non beta)
getting following line a LOT in the debug.err from the approximate point of the gui going missing

played on another five turns (turn 97) trying various things to get the gui to show all unsuccessful, and noticed in the debug.err these lines that could have a clue to the cause
