created a two continent 12 x 8  map in elementerra 2, started a new game(rediculous and all 12 standard factions) on the new map, played a game with female sov, NO male notables found by turn 192, was at war with magnar (and winning, magnar when war declared had 8 towns, I had 1, and magnar was down to 1 at crash.

zip file was created from crash, added dxdiag & saves

and due to war declaration when gildar low neg(~-20) went to shop and bought all items that would boost my war capability costing 10000 gildar leaving faction in -10040 gildar, simple fix for this cheat would be to add a neg/0 gildar check for access to shop buy page ie if NOT positive gildar do NOT allow access to shop buy page.
