How may campaigns there are?

I was reading somewhere that supposed to be 3.

I finished 1st one and the last cutsceene also suggested that "Book 2" or something like that has to be available with queen's daughter.

But I can't see any. Obly "Book one" in campaign menu.
Is it a bug, or it supposed to be that way or I missing something?

I recall reading that the rest of the books should be available as DLCs at a later time. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I just noticed "Book 2" is going to be included in a free update. More info at https://forums.elementalgame.com/394104 .

The way things are going, I would not be surprised if book 3 ended up being free as well.
