Crash on Sleep

I managed to make Ready2Play crash by putting my computer to sleep (windows 7, x64, professional).

Unhandled Exception:

System.ArgumentException: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '#rtp_cc_1185464'  Key being added: '#rtp_cc_1185464'
   at ReadyToPlay.Forms.ReadyToPlayWindow.<>c__DisplayClass2.<CloseConnections>b__1(Object arg)
   at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Boolean isSingleParameter)
   at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Boolean isSingleParameter, Delegate catchHandler)
