Hey guys.
I saw mention by one of the more advanced players in another thread that they don't use fleets. And I thought about my own playing and thought gee, I only use fleets...maybe that's why I suck.
So, my question is what should I be doing? I mean, I use fleets in order to group a cap ship or two with a variety of other support craft. I find it easier to move around the map that way. However, I am often annoyed by the little tics of fleets, like not attacking unless the cap is attacking or strange grouping habits or whatever. I guess, maybe I should have come to the conclusion that fleets are bad ealier, but I've always been a bit slow in the melon.
What are your tips for how I should, say, manage what I would make as an early fleet--a Mothership, Radiance, a few flaks, a few LF, a few LRM, and 2 or three guardians.
Thanks for your help!
