Do favor points still count if you finish a PANTHEON game when you are playing alone?

I just played a Pantheon game and the wait was long (about 15min) during the loading screen for Crucible Map. I heard "A player has left the game" and suddenly the game started. I looked at the score board, and it was a 3v3 game. There were 2 names showing AI where ping should be, and the rest said 0 ping (including me). I shift+entered saying if anyone was there with no response. I still finished the game (cause its still fun for me). I just want to know if the favor points count towards the Pantheon stats.
