You know what takes away the true feeling of an enhanced desktop? that the skins and wallpapers don't react to the cursor. it' doesn't matter if you have a nice crystal deep 3D wallpaper and a nice skin that looks like water if the cursor don't cooperate with them. for example, if a skin has a drop of water in it, the skin knowing where the cursor is and what type of cursor is being used, a shadow inside the drop will be displayed, a small dark blue silhouette, or if is a 3d crystal ball, the reflection of the cursor on the crystal ball would give the true feeling of 3D, but none of them send information to each other. like if you have a 3D skin the shadow of the cursor would go up and down on the lifted areas. the same with iconpackager. that would be the real 3D experience, the cursor, the object we look the most in the screen, insist us on telling us that everything is flat, is not real, look how my shadow is flat, look how i dont get reflected on the things behind me, remember that you are on a computer, they are just pixels. everything behind the cursor looks flat. and it's worse when they don't have a shadow. I hope I explained well my idea. but Object Destop should be more integrated. that the programs communicate with each other. like if you change a hue all the other items change too. things like that, many things could be done if they communicate.
well, have a nice day everybody.
