Once you add the seperator, drag the icons to the other side until you get the look you want.

Dragging am invisible separator can be a pain in the ass.

A quick fix to that issue is to load a skin with visable ones, then move them where you want, apply invisabilty and you are golden. Never have to use them again and it is easy to change themes.
