we all know about Space Empires V's bad graphics. and some people know that Space Empires V uses Photoshop's Plugin - Lunarcell, to make low graphic textures for planets.
so, I liked some of their portraits, and I decided to use Lunarcell myself to make thier background into Galciv's titleback. of course it's not the actuall background they made. it's custom made but with the look of SE V. so here you go, the original file and mine:
