I paid for a piece of garbage that is running like shit because it was coded by monkeys instead of programmers.
That exact same comment can be directed to Microsoft. The OS you are using is what is buggy and a direct cause of other programs being less than 100% perfect.
It is sadly a reality thrust upon the USER by MS, and the cynical would argue that is why 10 was a 'free upgrade'.
However.
Nothing is ever entirely outside a solution. The response here [#11] may be your salvation.
Let us know [here] whether it helps.

On an aside, Windows 10 essentially 'bricked' an entirely capable laptop of mine [twice].
First time was an upgrade from 7 that bricked the BIOS. I got around that, and eventually finished the upgrade.
Second time was a full-clean install of a later/newer 10 ver.... [because the original 10 had a failed update process and refused to update fully].
THAT install was then toast by an included MICROSOFT driver [go figure] and required considerable research to find a work-around.
Again, success....but every issue was a fault by Microsoft's programmers, not the user/installer.
Like it or not, all Windows 10 releases are public Betas....the Insider Builds are just worse than that....
