How can we resolve this? What is the solution to running Multiplicity?

It must be v1.26 - the installer that I downloaded from the Downloads section in my profile was "MultiplicityPro_126_setup". Here is what I see When I enter my serial number from the Downloads listing, I get this:

I see the same issue on 2 other systems, running Windows 11 Pro and Windows 11 Home. Using the same installer.

Multiplicity Pro 126 Installing on Windows 10 Home 22H2.

I'm reinstalling Multiplicity after a long hiatus and the product activation fails with "Product Activation could not write the activation signature". I'm using the serial number form my products/downloads page and have even successfully retrieved all serial numbers via email to be sure I have the correct keys. Still nothing I do gets me past this.
