Dear guys!! I installed Desktopx 3.1 and added few goodies on my desktop. After a while I restarted winXp sp2 but then boom! I got this blue screen and computer restarted. I logged in safemode and uninstalled desktopx. the system started to work fine. I reinstalled desktopx to see it happens again and guess what? it did ....
