I did that already that is the reason that you responded, plus the link that you sent me is an unsafe link. I submitted a ticket and was told to come to this site for assistance. I still can't log in to wincustomize.com because I don't remember the user name, or there is something wrong with wincustomize site. every time I attempt to create a new account, my email address is recognized and it tells me to log in.. PLEASE HELP!

I can't log into the wincustomize.com site because I forgot my username. I could reset my password but there is no link to retrieve your username and I don't know what to do. I renewed my subscription to Wincustomize, but can't get in.. Please help!
