Well, I finally received my serial number after 6 - 7 hours. Beware to anyone who purchases thinking that they will be playing the same day as it is very unlikely. The game looks fun, but as a customer I'd suggest they make this process a little more seemless or they will be faced with more people frustrated like me. Not good for business, any business. Off to play the game, well, after it downloads that is. <br

I am very upset with this company right now. After reading through all of these posts, it seems I am not the only one with problems. I purchased a digital download copy solely for the ability to download it right away. I could have just went to the store, purchased it cheaper, and came back installed and had it working by now. I purchased Galactic Civ II over an hour ago and have not received my serial number
