Hello, I'm not sure why, but after returning to Sins of a Solar Empire II after a few months, I've been experiencing serious issues. Whenever my saves reach an hour or more, my PC either shuts off completely, blue screens, or freezes.
This only happens with Sins of a Solar Empire II, and I'm not experiencing similar issues in other games.
My specs are
- Intel i9-10900KF CPU @ 3.70GHz
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
- 32GB RAM
- Power Supply (PSU) ( Corsair RM750, 750W)
- Storage Drive – Type and model (e.g., Samsung 970 EVO NVMe SSD, Seagate 2TB HDD)
These will help forum users diagnose if your issue is power-related, temperature-related, or s
Troubleshooting steps I've tried:
- Reinstalled the game
- Verified game files
- Switched drivers
- Updated BIOS
Despite these steps, the problem still persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions for a fix?
