Yes, as Doc said Diamond is a good start, but, it is better, if you have a specific look you wish to get to, browse Wincustomize.com WB gallery and look for a skin that look close to what you want and Start from there. For example if you looking for blue, white theme, try look for something with the same color scheme, and start from there, at least you already have appropriate color text/font setup. Good luck.
