Fences 5 install popup will not go away

I want to stay with Fences 4.  Download 5 to try it and then found out it is subscription which I do not want.  Deleted 5, reinstalled 4.  The problem is I keep getting this popup to install 5 and I cannot find a way to stop it from randomly coming up several times a day.  Have searched the registry and my C drive for refences to 5.  Only think I can find is an icon.  How do I stop this or is this coming from Stardock itself.  Hopefully some one can help me figure out how to stop the popup below.  Thank you

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do you have IOBit  Software updater or any other software that is similar in function install in your system. If you do, please look at its setting and set it to ignore Fences.
