Start11 Fault Feedback

High DPI state, moving the mouse on the desktop causes start11 to crash and Windows Explorer to restart. This problem happens from time to time. It is suspected that start11 has a low return rate. Hope it can be fixed. Operating system: Windows 10

Why you do believe Start11 is crashing?

If you have a dmp file or data from the event log we can investigate further.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

  1. Windows 10 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. What do you mean by High DPI state? What is the DPI rate the mouse was set when the issue occur?
  4. Please post a video showing the crash happening.
