Upgrade windows 11 from 10

I have bought several of the programs available but now I'm going to windows 11 and I don't want to pay for them again. What can you do about it?

If you are doing an in-place upgrade, keeping your files and apps, on the same computer where your software is activated, you should be fine.

If you are upgrading to Windows 11 on a new computer, you'll have to deactivate your software first before you install it on the new computer.

Go to your Downloads page;

Click the three dots;

Deactivate the software on your old computer.

@coudis54: The Stardock apps you have purchased in the past (some not even working for Windows 10) are not compatible with Windows 11, except for InconPackager. You are however eligible for a discount as a previous customer.

With all due respect, just deactivate the programs that will work on Windows 11, and then reinstall and reactivate. There is no need to pay again for those programs that will work on Windows 11. It's not Stardock's fault that Microsoft keeps moving the goalposts which makes some software imcompatible. As an alternative, you could always buy a cheap, used PC with WIndows 10 on it, and keep using the software that is compatible with that system. It is always a good thing to have a backup pc, just in case.
