Accent Colours

I like the new accent colours but I'd like them to "Stick" between sessions.

Is that what they are supposed to do? as I'm not so sure if they are useful if not.

You can make them stick per app globally using the save options below the option to pick colour.  You can save for all windows of an app, all windows with the given caption or for Explorer/Word/Excel/Powerpoint you can save for a document/folder.  Colours are also saved in saved groups.
