Hello,
I am not sure if there is any CursorsFX theme that designed to have that highlighed area. But, I do believe it is very possible to design one with it. But, do know that CursorFX do come with Effects, Trails and Cursor size setting that can help user to see their cursor more easily.

I installed it and it works but not quite what I was looking for.  I did find a small utility called Mouse Highlighter, that will work for now until I find something better.  I really like the one for Chrome.
