Has Anyone Used This Before?

Hi,

 

This software does a good job of replicating the old Windows 8 Start Menu. Has anyone used or heard of this software before and is it safe?

Island Dog this is for 7/Vista/XP. It makes the start menu look like 8. But you wouldn't have the WindowBlinds look start menu.
