Titlebar is flickering like mad with Wobbly Windows enabled

WindowFx and Wobbly Windows

I installed the very latest Windows FX in Windows 10 Pro.  I enabled Wobbly Windows (Compiz or WindowFX mode) and when I move windows (any) the taskbar in Windows flickers like mad.  Disable Wobbly Windows and it stops doing it.

I have Window Blind and Window Fx installed, nothing else.  Couldn't get Shadow FX to install from OD Mgr.  (error 123)

The taskbar is themed and transparent.

Taskbar or Titlebar? I'm confused.

I get that sometimes as well. I find the workaround to be rollup the window, move it a tad, and it stops.

I do believe that error is because you have WindowBlinds installed as well, which has shadows built into most skins.  I could be wrong, but it seems I read that somewhere.

Well, apparently it should install, but won't work with a windowblind skin applied. Only for use on the default Windows theme.
