Right on, Mike.   

So, lets say a submitter does not include a link to a wallpaper or some other item shown in a screenshot in their initial upload. Later someone asks "Where can I get the wallpaper?", and someone adds a link to where it can be found, that isn't legal?

 Let me explain it for you as your old.    If someone comments on 1 of your skins and embeds a link to where ever, that's a no-no.  Got it?

What WOM's saying is that the prime indicator of attempted 'spam' is comments which include offsite links.

When I see a link my first reaction is to IP Ban the poster....and delete the comment....whether it's in the Forums OR on a person's skins [in the comments].

Obviously anything actually pertinent to the skin and its comments is OK ...;)
