Whenever I would open a fullscreen app, tiles would no longer offset the screen, meaning now it just sits on top of any window I open, without forcing the window to the left of it. I have to manually go into settings and change one of the options to have it 'reset' itself, thus re-enabling the offset. (The fact that I have to go into 'Configure Tiles -> Configure Stardock Tiles' to even change the options makes this even more annoying, because it takes a totally unnecessary extra step. Can you please put the settings link on the first submenu, instead of placing it in a sub-sub-menu?)
Can you please fix this? This also occurs when I would change wallpapers. At least provide a response, as I never got one in the past regarding this issue.
This problem has been here for quite a while, and even after previous mentioning of this issue YEARS ago, the bug still has not been fixed, let alone even acknowledged. The fact that you closed/locked a topic with this problem without fixing it, or even offering a response, is just rude, and not a sign of quality customer support. Also, I could've sworn I made a thread detailing this problem a long while back, but that thread is gone. Did you perhaps delete it? If so, that seriously upsets me. Stardock, your products are awesome, but your customer support is seriously lacking. It's some of the worst I've seen.
