When dragging a file from one PC screen to another PC screen, Fences randomly shuts down

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit PC 1 & PC2    |  Fences v2.13  |  Multiplicity 3.0


STATE
PC 1 and PC2 are both running Fences and Multiplicity


PROBLEM A
When dragging a file from one PC screen to another  PC  screen,  Fences randomly shuts down, or at least disappears  from one or both system screens. Logging off and back on re-activates Fences.


PROBLEM B
While running Fences, some icons on the desktop (not in a fence) are not visible.  When running a screen refresh they  flash on and off the screen. The icons are also visible when  using File Explorer?
