it's a cool game. Mostly for the novelty that it's an indy-one-dude-creation or whatever. It's a good game, I played it a while when it first came out. Pretty linear and when you get your city going it pretty much levels out with nothing to do. Haven't played it since then so unsure if it's been updated to be deeper, or how the mod scene is (I don't think there were mods when I played, or maybe just a couple to fix bugs).
I've been seeing it on sale for a couple of bucks - definitely worth picking up if it's less than, say $3. I paid almost full price I think (or maybe it was half, can't remember), because I wanted to support the dev.
