No logon screen on Windows 7

Hey,

Yesterday, I used logonStudio to change my logon background, which it did... however I am now unable to log on to my computer!! There are no user profiles to select from on the logon screen. After pressing ctrl-alt-del, I can only move my mouse around, and access the Ease of Access and shutdown menus in the bottom corners. There is no way for me to get into my account or any other account on my PC.

I have tried things such as booting from safe mode but there is no way to get back into the Windows 7 environment

Anyone have any experience with this kind of error?
