How to set a new password

Website: Sorry, you cannot use blank spaces.

Website: Sorry, you must use additional letters.

Website: Sorry, you must use at least one capital letter.

... well my memory is not what it used to be...and I just found this in my email from my friend Walter, who has to be in his late 80's, so probably he sent it himself years ago, and just now considers it new!
