Birth of Summer/ Bloom of Twilight: "Revive the land". Creates new city sites would be helpful to state explicity.
Blindness: "33% reduction to Accuracy": seems to be 25% reduction for Accuracy and Dodge.
Flame Wave: "4 + 2 per flame shard". Wasn't this changed to 8 + 2 per flame shard?
Summon Spells: All Summon Spells which have a Tactical form with an extra effect should state what that effect is. None of them except Summon Sentinel (which is Tactical only) and Summon Wisp do this in the Hiergamenon.
Off the top of my head:
Air Elemental: 1 tile radius knocks enemy units prone. Says it in Tactical mouseover of spell but not Hiergamenon.
Crag Spawn: 1 tile radius Stinking Mud. Does not say this in Tactical mouseover or Hiergamenon.
Summon Earth Elemental: 1 tile radius damage. Says it in Tactical mouseover of spell but not Hiergamenon.
Summon Fire Elemental: 1 tile Inferno for 5 turns. Says it in Tactical mouseover of spell but not Hiergamenon.
Summon Grave Elemental: 1 tile radius 5 turn Death Ward. Says it in Tactical mouseover of spell but not Hiergamenon.
Summon Ignys: 1 tile radius damage. Says it in Tactical mouseover of spell but not Hiergamenon.
Summon Lightbringer: 1 tile radius blindness. Not in Hiergamenon, can't remember about Tactical mouseover.
Summon Wisp: This DOES say in the Hiergamenon that it heals all allies within one tile for 8 hit points! Please can all of the spells with an additional effect say this.
Summon the Pyre of Men: when is the cost of this spell going to be reduced and/or the number of actions he gets increased? This is one of the worst value spell in the entire game. Compare to Summon Grave Elemental, the ultimate summon in the Earth line, which is cast instantly, costs 60 mana and can give several units Death Ward for 5 turns. 250 mana and 5 turns for Delin might be more worth it.
Tidal Wave: how much damage does this spell actually do? The text doesn't say.
My main gripe with the information for Tactical summons being on a mouseover in tactical combat but not in the Hiergamenon is that when you choose the Trait you are choosing blind, not knowing that (for example) Grave Elementals are incredibly powerful.
While I'm vaguely on the subject, more downloadable content which gave access to the more unusual spells would be cool. At the moment I believe I'm correct in saying there is only one way for some of the spells to be found. I've played hundreds of hours and never seen Pariden's Return or Shadow World and only seen Blood Curse once.
If DLC added one extra quest to get each of the special spells (i.e. total of two ways to get them), plus two ways to get a few other cool spells, I'd buy that. It should be possible to see the one-off spells in less than 1,000 hours of gameplay!
