I noticed some strange issue with Decor8 1.06 and windows 8.1

If you choose several backgrounds for the start image that rotate on a certain set interval (decor8 options), your windows 8.1 windows (desktop) will automatically scroll to the top when the background changing point occours. This also results that you are not able e.g. to rename any folder from inside a window if you take longer to do it than the rotation time set because at that background changing point you are kicked out of the rename action.

I don't know how to explain it better but the issue is easy to check by setting "change background for start screen to 10 seconds" and open a window on the desktop and try to rename a folder or scroll down a screen with lots of folders (it will jump to the top every 10 seconds).

This issue doesn't happen anymore if you only choose 1 static background for the start screen
