well I try it again with no background.. but when I did it my first time I could see my video on my startscreen when I had decor8 running
ya no its still not working.. what is happing is I get a still image of the move in the startscreen when decor8 is running. (how ever the video wall paper is still runing in the background)
Edit
I notice when I run Decor8 to set things up it unchecks the Use Desktop Background option on the task bar properties window. and when I recheck it all the decro8 option are removed for the startscreen.. Im in a constant loop, Enable decro8 with desktop background = Still image of video on start screen or Re-check use desktop Background for startscreen via TaskBar Properties = no decor8 settings (IE color scheme clock ect)
Ill make a small video to show the issue I having
Video still may be processing on the youtube side
I think the problem here is you are doing two things which are mutually incompatible.
If you set the OS to have the OS wallpaper on the background of the start screen then it disables Decor8. This is normal and by design as you have indicated you want the OS to handle that screen.
If on the other hand you set a Decor8 background then you have told the OS you do not want it to handle the background and instead Decor8 does. The use desktop wallpaper option in Decor8 simply uses the OS static wallpaper image, this is how it has always worked and it has to in order to allow you to set the other settings like blur, colour control, automatic colour scheme etc.
What you want is Decor8 to be turned on but not turned on and that's logically impossible. If you want the clock then Decor8 has to be in control of the background.
