I went to a Walmart one day, seeing some HP laptop have a GREEN font color over the clock and notifications. It was on a black background.
I'm trying to figure out how to change the color on my own, but I have no luck in finding the correct registry keys, so I ask that this should be added to Decor8, as it is most fitting.
