Chaos Chronicles...Bummer

Was looking forward to this ever since Frogboy mentioned.  I dont quite understand it all, but it seems to have become a fight between the developers and the publisher.  Guess this isnt going to happen now

Can something like this happen to Stardock?  Just curious since im not in the industry how something like this happens.

That article reads like it would be easier to get involved with the mob and gangsters.

.... stardock is the publisher of the stuff it develops ...  so you are looking at some weird fight between brad and derek.. for that to happen

ever hear of IronClad  (ironcladgames.com)  and Sins of a Solar Empire? Not that there was any problems that I am aware of, but still

sure.. and that chris taylor game.

 

was thinking/reading into the other end... stardock as a dev getting into trouble with a publisher (which is why it can't happen... anymore.. since they've been publishing their own stuff for years after getting stiffed)

as opposed to stardock as a publisher getting tangled up with a dev they are publishing.

So this cant really happen to Stardock then since they publish most of their games.  Great...glad to hear that then!
