It seems really choppy on the surface pro, tried with both full power and battery, it's worse on battery, the regular scrolling is smooth
I have the same issue in my windows 8 pro tablet. I ended up removing Decor8 completely since I see no fix in the future. Usually the dev reply promptly for things like this but I haven't heard or any see of any fix. I hate it
