[Bug][.51] AI's completely ignoring level-up rules.

So AI sovs can pick as many classes as they want, pick traits from any tree, pick traits that don't exist for players, and get duplicate traits.

Just fought Ceresa who was a Mage/Defender/Commander, with double Strength (or whatever +20 weight generic trait is called) and Revenge (which I'm seeing on like every enemy sov and champ). She had absolutely no focus, only 1 trait in each tree at level 9, no cohesion, came at me with a sword, died to a few basic spearmen.

Well I heard the MOAR HAX they have the easier they give up. Ceresa was bored with having achieved godhood and suicided herself into a pack of spearmen, what did you do today?

Sounds like there's a bug in the level up picker thing.  I'll check it out.

As an example, my level 26 Warlord Verga (acquired through forced surrender) has these:

Adant Verris also starts with two classes even though only one can be used. I think there are a bunch of other dual class champions that were never updated for LH.

Fairgenn too. He has mage and assassin classes and you can only improve assassin one.

Theres a Gilden Mage/Defender that can summon cave bears. He cant access his mage trait tree. Also cave bears take 2 turns to summon and can only be done tactically.
