Is there a hot key or "sticky corner" to get to the right charms-bar when the app is windowed? I didn't see how to get to that.

The charms bar is still on the right side of the screen and can be accessed like you normally access it (mouse in the corner or win+c). It will act upon whatever the foreground window is.
