Older software will not function

Good day,

After installing Decor8 (Beta), Tiger Woods 2008 did not want to function in any of the compatibility modes. I uninstalled and reinstalled Tiger Woods prior to all attempts in the different compatibility modes available. Once I uninstalled Decor8 Tiger Woods worked fine.

I have a P8Z77 MB, with an Intel i7-3770K, an Asus GeForce GTX 660Ti 2GB PCI-E and 16G memory on Windows 8 platform( Fresh Install).
