This is courtesy of Citizen Lynn Dawson. All thanks go to her. When WB install a new toolbar or animation it makes a sub-folder for it under your WB folder. An example would be \WindowBlinds\Gant Toolbars. This folder name is specified in the .ToolbarIcons or .Animations file found in whatever .wba file the toolbar or animation is packaged in. Well, WB will NOT make a folder name with a space in it! So, when it made the folder name \WindowBlinds\GANT Toolbars (which was the name specified in the .ToolbarIcons file in the .wba file for the GANT Toolbar icons) the toolbar NAME would show up in the WB control panel, but no graphics could be seen. WB actually made the folder name \WindowsBlinds\GANTTOOLBARS! If you simple edit the respective .ToolbarIcons or .Animations file to reflect the name of the folder WB made, then everything works!
