As a Stardock employee, you should think twice about calling anyone a troll.
Fear not....but I do.
What needs to be countered is the random comments in OTHER's threads about 'how to 'fix' a product is to remove it'.
That is the disruptive and argumentative comment of the disenfranchised who clearly has not taken the appropriate steps to have HIS personal issues with a product resolved.
When trollish comments go unchallenged they can give the casual reader a FALSE impression of a product's performance.
As already stated, editing comments subsequently in an attempt to rewrite your public personna changes nothing.
Specific issues with a Stardock product need to be directed to support@stardock.com and/or community support/advice can be obtained from the SUPPORT sections of these Forums which are commonly monitored by Stardock's Support team.
Public/general forums, and in particular - others' existing and RESOLVED threads are not the place for such comments/attitudes.
