Hi there,
I am a help desk agent. I have a user who utilizes the Multiplicity program. When this user has her focus on the secondary workstation the pause break key functions as a numlock. This normally wouldn't be a big deal except one of the programs the user needs to use has that key as a goto main menu function. The odd thing is if there is a keyboard attached to the secondary workstation, and you press the pause break key on it. It works as it is designed. Does anyone know any reason this might be happening.
User is running an Microsoft Windows XP on both machines.
Both Machines are Model: HP Compaq 8000 elite CMT with 4 gigs of ram
Here is a link to a user manual with specs of the 8000. If anyone needs any more information i will be happy to try to supply it.
Also, if linking is not allowed here i am truly sorry and will immediately remove the link.
